Classes fill on a first come, first serve basis. We recommend arriving 15-20 min early or reserve in advance.

Strength & Conditioning for Climbers

Put functional movements to use in training that builds strength, capacity, speed, and muscle endurance. With a fun, team atmosphere, a focus on positive mindset, and learning new skills, your climbing and overall athletic performance will benefit.

Tuesday at 7pm with Kandice.

Rocket Yoga

Rocket Yoga is an Ashtanga-based flow with a creative and playful twist. beginning with sun salutations, followed by a series of standing poses, seated poses, reclined poses to wind the practice down, and Savasana. This practice is known to prepare yogis for arm balances, funky transitions and a meditative practice. All levels welcome!

Thursdays at 7-8pm with Emily.

HIIT (high intensity interval training)

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. Participants can expect a good sweat and a muscle pump that will translate well in to their climbing.
