Mosaic Climbing is founded by Chris and Nicole with a goal to help people establish careers within the outdoor industry and create opportunities for others passionate about climbing. They did just that by opening Mosaic's parent company, LEF Climbing of Lexington, KY in 2015, and Mosaic in 2019. Nicole and Chris value and prioritize customer and team interactions, a foundation that lies also with their staff.
